Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating strong client relationships, and driving new prospect engagements to meet business growth goals. Daily responsibilities will include conducting outreach activities, managing communications with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute lead generation efforts. Additionally, the BDR will play a critical role in prospecting and managing sales pipelines to achieve success in business development initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development to identify and develop opportunities
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal - C1+ level)
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and present solutions
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Previous exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or growth marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting ambitious targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM, automation (n8n, make.com) and other sales technologies.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
